  • When is the right time to seek professional support to raise?

  • What about grant funding?
    • Grants can be an important source of finance, particularly in the early stages before you have a track-record of sales.

  • What if you don’t have a lot of IP?
    • Some types of investors will be seeking solid evidence of IP and IP protection measures.

  • What’s required in a credible IM and set up a data room?
    • Investors are looking to identify companies that meet their own investment criteria for stage of development, industry, etc.  But all will be keen to evaluate the robustness of the business in terms of its team, its finances and growth pipeline.
